For the purposes of and according to Consumers' Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. n. 21/2014, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without having to state a reason, within 14 days from receipt of the goods. To request a return, the client must send an email to info@bustouteyewear.it ,within the time specified, and indicate: subject of the request (REFUND – SIZE CHANGE – ITEM CHANGE ), name, surname, address, order number and phone number.

As soon as this communication has been sent, the CUSTOMER must forward, at his own expense and using a courier of his choice, the product he intends to return, including a print of the email.

The product must be delivered to MAR.VAS S.R.L. within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was notified. Once the returned goods have been received, MAR.VAS S.R.L will proceed to:

REFUND: by bank transfer of the price paid for the product / the products for which the right of cancellation has been exercised, but the object of the withdrawal has been received by the company or unequivocal proof of shipment by courier has been provided. In this case you will have to indicate in the request to withdraw the bank details (IBAN and Account holder) on which we credit the sum.

CHANGE OF ITEM: Once we receive the item, we will immediately proceed to send the change without additional costs. In this case you will have to indicate in the request that you intend to proceed with the article change and the desired article.

SIZE CHANGE: Once we receive the item, we will immediately proceed to send the change without additional costs. In this case you will have to indicate in the request that you intend to proceed with the size change and the desired size.

In the event of a change in size or change of item, the availability of products may change upon receipt of the garment, we will provide to contact you via email.

The customer will be held liable, and therefore not refundable, if the damage observed was caused by bad or incorrect handling of the article. For products for personal use, for hygienic and sanitary purposes, products that have been used can not be returned.

All risks associated with the transport of the product made are the responsibility of the Customer.

Here is an example of the e-mail notification to be included in the package with which the returned product is shipped:

BUYER DATA: Name, surname, address, order number and phone number

DESIRED ARTICLE: You have to specify which articles you want to receive.

IBAN CODE: Iban code where the customer wants to receive crediting
