Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The shipping is free in Italy.

The customer will receive an email with a tracking number within the evening of the day of shipment.
The tracking number allows you to easily stay informed about the status of your shipments, step by step.

The time of order preparation:

All orders received by 4.00pm, from Monday to Friday,  are generally prepared and delivered to the express courier within the business day following the date of receipt of the order.

All orders received after 4.00pm, from Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday, are generally prepared and delivered to the express courier after 2 days (except Saturday).

For example, if you have placed your order on Tuesday at 5.00pm, it will be delivered to the express courier on Thursday.

Delivery times on national territory will be 1 working day from delivery to courier. For Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia the delivery time will amount to 2-3 working days.

Delivery times in European territory will be 72 hours from delivery to courier.
